Our team of experienced custom home builders are with you every step of the way, from initial vision to land acquisition, Architectural and Interior Design, construction and on-going support for years to come.

What this means is that you shouldn’t wait to call us until you have complete architectural plans and a lot on which to build. The value we can provide multiplies if you bring us in from the start!

Land & Lot Acquisition
We use our long standing experience with the local real estate markets in Austin to help you find the perfect lot and be there to ensure the site really is perfect for all of your needs. We’ll do everything to evaluate the homesite and confirm your desired home is feasible—from bringing in consultants to reviewing city restrictions, topography and utility services, city and homeowner association restrictions, and much more.

Home Design
We are a complete AIA architectural design/build firm, so our in-house design team will custom design the exact home you have in mind. As one of Austin’s top custom builders for the last 20 years, we have the systems and resources to allow you to “build confident.” We have also built strong working relationships with the area’s premier architects and interior designers. So whether you work with our design team, or have your own plans, we will collaborate closely to create a custom home that fits within all of your desired function, design and cost parameters.

Specifications Development
It’s the details that separate extraordinary new home construction from ordinary new home construction. Our Architectural/Interior Design Team will utilize our comprehensive, all-inclusive Specifications and Estimating program, which will catalog every component of the project—from plumbing fixtures, cabinets, appliances, finish carpentry, paint colors, and more.

Budget & Schedule Development
We will obtain subcontractor and vendor bids based on your approved Plans and Specifications, and then confirm the overall budget for your project. Once the project permit has been issued you’ll receive a Selection Schedule. This keeps the process from becoming overwhelming and allows the build schedule to remain on track.

Project Management
One of the many advantages of working with Eppright Homes is our “build confident” team. We have a full-time staff and not just “one person trying to do everything.” Once things are underway, our Construction Management Team will use specialized software to track all aspects of scheduling, which gives you the ability to see exactly where things stand. Your Selections and Interior Design Coordinators will track all expenses and provide detailed monthly billings. And our Office Manager and CFO will stay on top of accounting, bank draws, insurance, and lien releases.

Home Construction
Eppright Homes has the experience you need to “build confident.” We handle all aspects of construction, from serving as the point of contact for all subcontractors, consultants, vendors and city inspectors, to resolving issues as they arise. Construction will be overseen by your Construction Management Team, who will be on site daily to ensure all work is done to the proper specifications, while using the highest quality building materials and techniques.

Project Completion
Our in-depth project close-out process includes a full inspection by the entire Eppright Homes Construction Management Team. Upon move-in you will receive a Comprehensive Close-Out Package (both an electronic file and hard copies of documents) with copies of all contracts, design selections, manuals, and warranties, as well as photographic documentation of your new home.

On-Going Care
Your relationship with Eppright Homes does not stop on your move-in day. You’ll enjoy our ACES full-coverage warranty during the first year after your home’s completion, and a two-year electrical and mechanical warranty followed by a ten-year structural warranty for years two through ten—plus the option to participate in many of our vendors long term maintenance service agreements for items like paint, HVAC, appliances, etc.
